Occupied Properties in Spain 2025

Interactive map-based dashboard to analyze occupied properties across Spain.

This project provides comprehensive tools to identify geographic hotspots, segment risk by occupation/legal status, and support prioritization of legal and asset-management actions. The current scope includes 2,466 properties, 47 provinces, and 712 towns based on 2025 data.

• Dynamic Visualization: Explore spatial distribution of cases and switch effortlessly between bubble/point view, heat-density view, and province choropleth view.
• Filtering & Comparison: Filter data by occupation type, property type, and legal phase.
• Local Drill-Down: Drill down by province to inspect local breakdowns, concentration patterns, portfolio-level distribution, and additional indicators such as median area and VPO counts.
